Don’t have time to stop by, but still need to manage your finances? With our new virtual branch, we’re bringing Southwest Louisiana Credit Union straight to your mobile or electronic device!

Here Are the Details:

  • A virtual branch is a banking service that allows us to provide our typical financial services in a virtual format.

  • Easily select which service/product you would like to discuss or set-up. Then you will select a day and time you are free to speak with one of our Member Service Representatives.

  • You will choose whether you would like to be called on the phone or use the video meeting method. An email confirming your appointment will be sent to the email address you provide.

  • You can do nearly everything you do at a physical branch:

    Open a new account

    Open a business account

    Open an IRA account

    Add a product to your existing account

    Request assistance with:

    Changing personal details on your account

    Adding a joint member to your account

    A card or transaction dispute

    Any other questions you may have

  • Our hours are the same as our physical branches. Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm!
